Friday - Went to 1974 had some fried mushrooms and a couple of beers. Had a blast!
Saturday - Got up at 7:00am felt a little fuzzy, but got some coffee (starbucks) then felt great. Watch some movies, napped, worked in the garden, napped, watched tv, napped, did some more gardening.
Saturday night - Skip's "thing" was in so we went on a tour of the bars, Renegades, The Tulsa Eagle and Mavericks.
Sunday - Napped
Monday - did some gardening and watched movies.
Saturday I slept in, then read the newspaper, which I haven't done in ages. We shopped for a new TV later that afternoon.
Saturday evening I grilled burgers and hot dogs with a couple of close friends and then went for ice cream afterwards.
Sunday, we bought a honkin' big 32" LCD HDTV monitor for our newly switched over digital cable with HD receiver. Sadly, it will be delivered tomorrow.
Then we went to see the movie Sin City. Not great, but not horrible either if you like Frank Miller's graphic comic. Which, I do, because the artwork is so cool.
I went to work Sunday evening. I had a proposal to finish. That sucked.
Monday, I played golf in the morning and went to see Star Wars Episode III that afternoon. Then I layed around on the couch and watched Shrek 2 that night.
I had a damned good weekend.
I flew to Dallas on Friday afternoon. Went to a high school graduation that night. On Saturday my dad, his girlfriend and kids, and I went to The Modern in Fort Worth, saw the Dan Flavin exhibit. Kicked ASS!!! Then we went to eat at PF Changs and went shoping at the mall in Dallas. Later that night realized that my dad had booked my return flight for Sunday June 26th instead of Sunday May 29th! Had to clear that up. Then flew back to Tulsa!!
Helped Todd move the rest of the weekend. Monday night Todd and I went to some friend's house and drank 9 bottles of wine between 5 people!!!
